Return & Exchange Policy

At Silsitia Fragrances, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that choosing a fragrance online can be difficult, which is why we include a complimentary tester vial with every order.

Please use the provided tester vial to sample the fragrance before opening the original product packaging.

Our Return Policy:

•  Trial First: You may return the full-size fragrance for a full refund if it does not meet your expectations, provided the original packaging remains unopened and sealed.
•  Condition: The original fragrance bottle must remain completely unused, with no sprays taken from it.
•  Timeframe: Return requests must be initiated within 5 days of receiving your order.
•  Refund Process: Once we receive the returned item, your refund will be processed and credited to your account within 10 business days.
•  Shipping: Please note that the customer isn't responsible for all return shipping costs.

• سياسة الإرجاع:
• التجربة أولاً: يمكنك إرجاع زجاجة العطر بالحجم الكامل واسترداد كامل المبلغ إذا لم تلبي توقعاتك، بشرط أن تبقى العبوة الأصلية مغلقة وغير مفتوحة.
• الشروط: يجب أن تبقى زجاجة العطر الأصلية غير مستخدمة تمامًا، دون رش أي كمية منها.
• المدة الزمنية: يجب تقديم طلبات الإرجاع خلال 5 أيام من استلام طلبك.
• عملية استرداد الأموال: بمجرد استلامنا للمنتج المُعاد، سيتم معالجة طلب استرداد الأموال وإضافته إلى حسابك خلال ١٠ أيام عمل.
• الشحن: يُرجى العلم بأن العميل لا يتحمل جميع تكاليف شحن الإرجاع فقط.
